Registered Migration Agent
We understand the stress that comes with moving a life across borders. Wherever you sit in your journey, we are here to offer advice and talk through your options, pathways and alternatives.

The information on this website is general in nature and is not migration advice. It does not take into account your personal circumstances. Migration law often changes, and as such, the information on this website might not always be current. Visiting the website or contacting us does not create a client relationship. You should obtain written advice, specific to your circumstances, from a Registered Migration Agent or legal practitioner, before making any decisions and before lodging any visa applications.
Who we help
We advise skilled professionals, partners, families, students and tourists considering visiting or migrating to Australia (with New Zealand coming soon). We start with your circumstances and aspirations, not a one-size-fits-all template.
You are no doubt thinking about a new career, new studies, new qualifications, new friends, new adventures and also a new home.
The above is indicative only and not a complete list of all visa types.

How we work
Tell us your aspirations and ideas. We listen first, and we do not rush you or push our services on you.
Once you engage our services we map out the realistic pathways for you, in plain English, not legal jargon.
You receive a written agreement for our services, covering scope, terms and fees, and we always provide our advice in writing. Then we work with you to deliver to it.

What to expect
We are both client-first and behaviour-first. Wherever you sit in your journey, here is what you can expect from us.
We will always be truthful and transparent about your options, explained plainly, at a pace that suits you.
Where more than one pathway exists, we will set out the pros and cons of each so you can decide with confidence.
We will not overpromise, oversell, pressure sell or mislead you about what is realistically available to you.
Our scope of engagement, terms and fees are set out in a written, legally enforceable agreement, and we deliver exactly to it.
Migration advice is inherently personal. Protecting your personal and sensitive information is not a compliance afterthought, it is central to how we work.
We are advocates for ethical, lawful and compliant migration, with zero tolerance for fraud, misleading conduct, or concealment of information.
Always provided
We will always provide you a copy of the Consumer Guide Registered Migration Agents. This is the plain-English guide to what a registered migration agent does, and the rules we must follow when helping you.
If you do not think we are right for you, do not give up on your migration aspirations. You can search for another Registered Migration Agent here.

Selecting an agent
Before selecting a Registered Migration Agent you should ensure you have good rapport, communication and trust with the agent.
All agents need to be registered with the Office of Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) and the agent should be able to quote to you their registration number. Our number, known as MARN is 2619639. Lawyers are also permitted to give migration advice.
Anyone giving migration advice without being registered or legally qualified is breaking the law.

Safeguarding your information
Migration advice is inherently personal. Registered Migration Agents must collect sensitive information such as citizenship, residency, financial, health, education and even criminal history. We often also need to collect details about your partner, family members and associates. Such information is needed to assess your migration options and build visa applications that are complete, accurate, truthful and compliant.

Health Insurance in Australia
Medicare is Australia's publicly funded healthcare system. It gives eligible people free or subsidised access to doctors, hospitals, medicines and other benefits. It is generally available to Australian citizens, permanent residents and New Zealand citizens, along with some temporary residents who have applied for permanent residency, such as certain partner visa applicants. There are some exceptions, such as visitors from countries with a reciprocal health care system, where limited Medicare coverage is offered.
Tourists and most temporary visa holders, including international students and skilled temporary workers, usually are not eligible, so they need to arrange their own insurance cover, such as travel insurance and private health insurance.
International students in Australia on a student visa must hold Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the entire duration of their stay. More details can be found here.
To check your eligibility for Medicare, visit Services Australia. We can also help by providing advice or referring you to our partners offering private health insurance services.
